-New Zealand Embassy. We have been selected for the Design and Construction Management services for the Chancery Fit-Out, New Embassy in Buenos Aires (1999)
-Embassy of Ireland. Our firm developed design, construction documents and construction management of the new chancery offices in Argentina. (2000)
-Banesto/Banco Shaw. Development of the Standard Branches manual for architecture & engineering / project and direction of 14 branches in different provinces (1993).
-Banco Itaú. Selected as Design consultants for the development of a preliminar Standard Manual of design ideas for the branches in Argentina.

-Lincoln Reinsurance. All design phases and Construction management of the 9th floor at Alem 543 bdg. (600 sqm) -Telecom Headquarters Tower. Local affiliates of Kohn-Pedersen-Fox (NY, USA) in Telecom Tower, Puerto Madero (35000 sqm) (1997 / developed by Roggio Group).
-Multicanal, Cable Network. Development of the Standard Branches Manual of Architectural design and Engineering for future sales points in various locations, Argentina.
-Consolidar, Pensions Fund and Labour Risk Insurance Selected as architectural firm to design and construction administration of 11 branches all over the country / Selected as consultants for a development of 20.000 sqm hqs.bdg in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires.
-Accor Sofitel. Our firm was selected to develop in partnership with the prestigious parisien firm Pierre Yves Rochon the interiors of the five stars Sofitel Buenos Aires Hotel. (145 rooms, Bencich bdg., Buenos Aires) 2002. -Pepsi-Cola / Baesa. Our firm developed all phases of design for architecture and interiors of the office building for the Pepsi Cola Bottling company (3000 sqm). 2001.
-Gartner. Design and building process in a fast track process of 45 days of work to move their premises. 2001.
-In another scale of projects we have won the competition for the development of the Master Plan for Santa María del Plata, 72 has, 700.000 sqm; the design and construction administration of the public promenade known as the "banquina"of Puerto Madero; residential buildings, private houses and a great number and extent of feasibility studies and due-dilligencies for local and foreign investors.
