feasibility
we have been responsible for full feasibility reports, in order to help the decision making of many companies and investors. we usually included due diligence, preliminary programming, space planning and budget, test fit out, value engineering and others, interacting with consultants and quantity surveyors. we collaborated with arthur andersen, colliers, and biswanger and by ourselves for clients as microsoft, bankboston, HSBC, telecom, consolidar pension fund ,etc

construction management and design and build
we are able to develop construction and/or project management processes as; we already did for microsoft or orient express. our interaction with prime international CM companies as US equities (chicago) gave us expertise in this challenging process of budget and contractors control and daily sitework follow up. we have also developed design and build processes for investors-builders like in the carrasco beach resort.
